Weekly ops visibility

Monday visibility for lean wholesale distributors and small 3PLs

Exception digests, dock boards, and chargeback evidence packs — standing up as a fixed paid pilot in about 72 hours. Not a full EDI or VAN project.

A working view in days. Humans behind the curtain are fine.

Monday digest

What needs a look this week

3 open
  • PO 44192 · short 12 cases Retailer DC inbound · ASN still unmatched
  • Dock 2 · 08:00 appointment slipped Carrier late · door still open · no replacement slot
  • Chargeback #8821 · missing POD Emails + PDFs ready to pack as evidence
Illustrative briefing — not a customer screenshot or a claimed result.
01 — Who it’s for

If Monday starts by reconstructing last week, you’re in the right place.

Built for small ops teams that already have a WMS, email, and a pile of PDFs — and still can’t see exceptions, docks, and disputes in one briefing.

Lean wholesale distributors

Few people, many SKUs, retailers who expect PO discipline. You should not need a 20-person IT org to know what broke last week.

Small 3PLs

A handful of docks, appointment lists living in inboxes, and no control tower. You need the board, not another platform.

Ops leads who brief the week

You spend Monday assembling the story from email and spreadsheets. Fitware is that briefing, standing up fast.

Not a fit

Enterprise EDI overhauls, VAN migrations, or replacing your WMS/TMS. Also not FrictionlessIT’s FITware — that product is for MSPs; this one is not.

02 — What you get

Three micro-tools. Start with one.

Pick the briefing that would change next Monday. Add the others only if they earn their keep.

Digest

Exception digests

A weekly — or daily — rollup of the misses that actually matter: late POs, shorts, appointments that slipped. Instead of scrolling last week’s inbox.

Board

Dock & appointment boards

One place for what’s coming, what’s on the dock, and what’s still open. Built from the lists and emails you already keep.

Evidence

Chargeback evidence packs

Emails and PDFs pulled into a simple packet you can send when a retailer disputes. Not a legal department — just the trail, in one place.

03 — How a pilot works

A working view in about 72 hours.

Fixed scope. Paid. Honest about what is automated on day one and what is still assembled by hand.

  1. Send a messy week

A real slice of ops: appointment emails, exception threads, chargeback PDFs. We’ll tell you exactly what we need.

  2. Stand it up in ~72 hours

A live digest or board you can actually use. Wizard-of-Oz is fine — people behind the curtain if the automation isn’t ready yet.

  3. Run it, then decide

You use it for a short paid window. If it earns a Monday, we quote monthly. If it doesn’t, you keep the files and we stop.

No implementation project. No VAN cutover. No “phase 0” that lasts a quarter.

04 — Pricing thesis

A fixed paid pilot, then a monthly if it sticks.

We quote after we see the workflow — volume, systems, and which micro-tool you want first. There is no public price list yet; we’d rather not invent one.

To start

Fixed-scope pilot

One micro-tool, a real week of your data, a working briefing in about 72 hours, then a short paid run. Scope and price agreed in writing before we begin.

If it earns Mondays

Then monthly

A simple monthly for the briefing that stays in use. We can add the other micro-tools later. If it doesn’t stick, there is no long contract to unwind.

05 — About

A small product. A clear name.

Fitware makes weekly ops visibility micro-tools for lean wholesale distributors and small 3PLs. The public brand is Fitware, at tryfitware.com.

We start with pilots you can see — not a six-month integration. If you want a full EDI program, you want a different kind of vendor.

06 — Start a pilot

Tell us which Monday you want back.

Email is enough. Mention the micro-tool and what a messy week looks like — inbound appointments, exception mail, chargebacks, or all three.
